IPMAT 2023 Result Out: Shortlist Released on July 5; Online PI Round from July 17; Check Your Status, Final Selection Process

IIM Indore has released the IPMAT 2023 exam result on July 5, 2023 with score card and has also released the shortlist of candidates who are found suitable for Online PI round which begins from July 17 and will be over on July 20, 2023. In its release dated July 5, 2023, IIM Indore has announced, “Personal Interviews for IPM 2023-28 batch will be conducted in online mode during July 17-20, 2023.”

After release of final IPMAT answer key on June 26, post review of all the objections raised by the test takers, IIM Indore has released the IPMAT exam result 2023. IIM Indore conducted IPMAT 2023 exam on June 16, 2023 and had released the official answer key with candidate response sheet, on June 20. In its release dated June 26 on Answer Key Post Objection Management, IIM Indore had clarified, “Subject matter experts for the Verbal Ability and Quantitative Ability sections have reviewed the objections and determined that none are valid. The answer key for the IPMAT 2023 remains unchanged.” The IPMAT 2023 exam was considered of moderate difficulty level and the cut off for IPM admission have remained same as were last year.

If you are not aware how to download IPMAT Result 2023 on IPMAT Result date, you may miss your score card. Please note that on the IPMAT Result date 2023, the individual IPMAT score card will be live on the IIM Indore IPM Admission website with the result. You can download IPMAT Exam Result with IPMAT score card in following steps. To download the IIM Indore IPMAT 2023 score card,  you should take following steps:

• Step-1: Log on to IIM Indore IPM Admission official website on IPMAT Result Date
• Step-2: Enter your Login ID – IPMAT 2023 Registration number and Password. Type security code carefully and submit
• Step-3: Your IPMMAT exam Result with IPMAT 2023 score card is displayed on the screen
• Step-4: Download the IPMAT Exam Result with score card and take Print

Please note that the hard copy of IPMAT 2023 Result will not be sent individually to any candidate.

Action Points after IPMAT 2023 Result Release

The candidates for IPM 2023-28 Batch are shortlisted and will undergo final selection process after release of IPMAT 2023 result. On the basis of overall performance in IPM Aptitude Test (IPM AT) – 2023 and Personal Assessment, final selection will be made.

Post IPMAT Result 2023: IPM Selection Step by Step Process

Following steps are taken by IIM Indore after IPMAT 2023 exam result is released

Step-1: Shortlisting for Personal Interview Round

The first step of IPM selection process is the shortlisting for final selection round:

• Only the candidates having positive raw scores and a minimum mark in each of the three sections of Aptitude Test Score Card have been shortlisted for Personal Assessment round
• Sufficient number of candidates are shortlisted for PA from the eligible pool for each category (General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PwD) using the merit list generated based on Aptitude Test Score (ATS)
• The minimum cut off mark in each section are decided by the Admissions Committee.
• The minimum cut off mark for shortlisting in each section are based on the categories of applicants.
• Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not shortlisted for Personal Assessment round.

Maximum Weightage to sectional scores in shortlisting after release of IPMAT Result is:

Maximum and Minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores obtained in respective sections by the candidates from the eligible pool.

Step-2: Final Selection for IPM Admission – Personal Interview

Candidates shortlisted for the Assessment will be required to appear in Online personal interview on the designated date between July 17 to 20, 2023.

Step-3: Final Merit List for Admission 2023

• Only those candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in earlier stages will be considered for the final selection.
• Category wise merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS)
• Provisional admission offers will be made accordingly adhering to the Government of India reservation norms.

Merit list for admission will be generated on the basis of following weightage parameters based on the performance in undernoted areas:
